I always loved my bird cage net curtains but had only ever bought them on Ebay by the metre which means they are not hemmed on the side and look scruffy. I didn't expect this design to still be available but was delighted to come across the Netcurtan2curtains website which offered them at a very good price with additional hemming at a number of different drop lengths. From start to finish I received excellent and swift customer service from Jenny and was amazed to receive them so quickly (e.g. 3 days!) and so beautifully hemmed, wrapped and presented! As my previous supplier had ceased trading and I particularly wanted the same pattern from 8+years ago, I was delighted to find the same 'Cindy' pattern from this company.
I can only echo comments from other clients - such wonderful customer service.
My 7 nets arrived so neatly folded and packaged that I only needed to press a few fold marks then hang them .
I had the nets shortened and side hemmed - all to perfection.
Delivery was a little delayed due to global IT outage that affected the Royal Mail tracking service. There was a minor issue with the postage paid but problem was identified by Jenny, who promptly resolved it and kept me updated.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Wow, what a great service. Curtains were beautifully made with lovely hemmed edges. The curtains arrived very quickly inside a secure bag, wrapped in tissue paper and secured with a proper paper band. What fantastic good old fashioned service. If only all companies were like this. We will be back, 100%. Anyone reading this, don't think twice just get ordering.

8 year ago I ordered net curtains for my house.
Recently when I washed the jardiniere I was not thinking when I squeezed it to get the water out after washing , instead of letting it to drain naturally.
Anyway I phone net curtains and was greeted by two very helpful employees
They had my original invoice and straight away said they could organise a replacement.
That was Friday and it arrived Monday.
Great to have old fashion service.

We are very happy with the 9 new net curtains we ordered. We chose the Claudia pattern, made to measure lengths, 2.5 times the window width, and overlocked sides. The resulting curtains were everything we hoped for.
I phoned first and the lady was very helpful. She clearly explained the things I was not sure about. And she even noticed a measurement mistake I had made. When I remeasured that window she was absolutely right.
So, we would recommend this company to anybody who wants new curtains.
