Ordered Jardiniere nets over the phone on Monday morning with Jenny was so very helpful.
My nets arrived on Wednesday morning and I was so impressed with the quality of the product and the packaging. Neatly folded, wrapped in tissue with a band and lovely postcard and care instructions. Just makes such a pleasant change from everything being chucked in a bag and sent out, you could tell this was done with real care and love for the products being made and sold. So happy with my purchase from beginning to end. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Although I had used this company several years before and still had the measurements Jenny was particularly diligent in checking my requirements and making sure that these flounce nets would be exactly as I wanted them to look.

I ordered Provence White Net for all of the windows in our period house. Despite needing lots of different drops for windows of different sizes, we received exactly what we had ordered. Each curtain was beautifully packaged in white tissue paper and labelled with the size. The outer package was robust and delivery was quicker than expected. The curtains look lovely - thank you! Impossible to add anything that has already been said positively about this excellent company! I think I may have written this twice but it appeared that my testimonial got lost when I hit the send button. So to re iterate -the curtains we ordered are perfect, sent unbelievably quickly, beautifully wrapped and presented and just what we wanted. It must be added that customer service is impeccable; we had a slight problem (of our own doing) in our measuring but we were contacted before the order was dispatched and was corrected. My order arrived within 2 days and all all of the curtains were individually wrapped and labelled, which made it much easier to match up with our various sized windows. Ordered the beautiful lace net curtain Devon I received my order two days later brilliant service. I had the sides hemmed so pleased with hemming it was so much neater than hand sewing it.

I always loved my bird cage net curtains but had only ever bought them on Ebay by the metre which means they are not hemmed on the side and look scruffy. I didn't expect this design to still be available but was delighted to come across the Netcurtan2curtains website which offered them at a very good price with additional hemming at a number of different drop lengths. From start to finish I received excellent and swift customer service from Jenny and was amazed to receive them so quickly (e.g. 3 days!) and so beautifully hemmed, wrapped and presented! As my previous supplier had ceased trading and I particularly wanted the same pattern from 8+years ago, I was delighted to find the same 'Cindy' pattern from this company.
I can only echo comments from other clients - such wonderful customer service.
My 7 nets arrived so neatly folded and packaged that I only needed to press a few fold marks then hang them .
I had the nets shortened and side hemmed - all to perfection.
Delivery was a little delayed due to global IT outage that affected the Royal Mail tracking service. There was a minor issue with the postage paid but problem was identified by Jenny, who promptly resolved it and kept me updated.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Wow, what a great service. Curtains were beautifully made with lovely hemmed edges. The curtains arrived very quickly inside a secure bag, wrapped in tissue paper and secured with a proper paper band. What fantastic good old fashioned service. If only all companies were like this.
